Mr. J. G. V. Wragg (Mexborough) and Miss E. I. Fletcher (Mexborough).

Miss Elsie Irene Fletcher, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Fletcher, of la, Pym road, Mexbro’, was married on Monday at Mexborough Parish Church to Mr. Joseph Gordon Victor Wragg, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Wragg, of 30, Washington street, Mexboro’.

The Rev. G. Bernard officiated.

Given away by her father, the bride carried cream roses and wore a white lace gown cut on Elizabethan lines over white taffeta, with a net veil and orange blossom coronet.

Bridesmaids were Miss D. V. Jordan, Miss R.. Fletcher, Miss I. Dunn, and Miss J. Wragg, and attendants were Miss A. Fletcher and Miss J. Corbett. The maids received dressing cases and hand bags from the bridegroom.

Mr. Arthur Gregg, of Leeds, was best man, and the groomsmen were Mr. W. E. Fletcher and Mr. C. Wragg. The bridegroom received from the bride a signet ring. His giftt to the bride was a string of pearls.
